Substraits such as Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP), Crezon (Marine style plywood), various acrylics and PVC’s or economical corrugated plastics. Each material having it place and purpose.
Many of these options are available in 1 or 2 sided print depending on your needs and also come in varying thickness.

2 Post Flat Panel Signs
2 Post Flat panel signs are a great option for economical signage. Commonly used in the real estate market or for those looking for a low cost solution to market their business. Often mounted onto pressure treated wood frames with the ability to present 2 sided signs.
Sign Materials such as ACP, Crezon or 10 mil corrugated plastic are common with these types of signs.
Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP)
ACP is a versatile outdoor substrait commonly used in the sign industry. This material consists of 2 sheets of aluminum sandwiching an ABS plastic core making it very durable for mid to long term outdoor use. This material is also made to be milled into 2D shapes and letters.
For best reaults it is recommended that the printed graphics are laminated with a protective UV layer to add to its life expectancy and protect it from the elements.
Corrugated Plastic
Corrugated plastic is perhaps the most common type of sign board. Available in various thicknesses it is utilized when very economical signs are needed. This material tends to be used for short term applications and has an outdoor life expectancy of 1 – 3 years depending on the outdoor elements and direction of the sun.
